Complaints Procedure

Our aim is to have happy patients but, if you have any complaints, we will strive to resolve them as quickly as possible in a fair and transparent manner.

In the first instance you should discuss the matter with the person providing your treatment or speak to The Practice Manager.

If you feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved you may contact The Dental Complaints Service, for private treatment or The Health Board, for NHS treatment.
